Having sorted the pedal box, time to fit the hydraulics. Starting with the master cylinders and high pressure lines. The clutch master cylinder needed to be spaced about 20mm to get the correct position and travel. The GD supplied copper lines are bent to shape. These are numbered to ensure the front brakes, rear brakes and clutch are correctly fitted. My clutch master cylinder is a non-standard Wilwood unit with an 1/8 NPT outlet. this had to be adapted to the 3/8 UNF fitting supplied by GD.
Bending the pipes to fit the confined space was achieved by bending a wire template and making the pipe to match. Seemed to work well.
Complete with connected feed lines.
Next, engine bay nutserts for the reservoirs were cleaned out.
Bracket made to support fee lines.
Complete, including escutcheon to finish off bulkhead unions.
